Streaming Subscription Refunds

Refunds may only be provided for verified technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team.

Incorrect setup by the customer
ISP restrictions
Device compatibility limitations

The service has been actively used for an extended period
The customer changes their mind after activation

Service interruption caused by third-party providers or internet issues
Product Refunds
For physical streaming devices and products:
Products may be eligible for replacement or refund if received damaged or defective.
Customers must contact support within the return eligibility period after delivery.
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our side.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension or service termination.
